We hope you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and any included accessories (where applicable).
Important: Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection upon receipt. Any item showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, odours, stains, missing components, or any condition that makes it unsuitable for resale may be refused and returned to the customer. In these cases, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
